Job description
As an events production assistant, you are the hub of our events operations. You ensure that everything runs smoothly, from preparation to dismantling, and you are the point of contact for both organizers and visitors.
Tasks and responsibilities

Coordinating and supervising events in the various halls of Asiat Park.

Acting as the point of contact for organizers, customers, artists, and suppliers.

Ensuring flawless setup, a warm welcome, and professional follow-up during the event.

Managing employees, volunteers, and crew, in close collaboration with our partners.

Ensuring safety, order, and tidiness in the halls.

Following up on planning, reservations, and appointments, and conducting a brief evaluation after the event together with the sales manager.
Profile

Experience or strong affinity with events, hospitality, or venue management.

Communicative, hospitable, and hands-on attitude.

Strong planning and prioritization skills; able to maintain an overview, even under pressure.

Leadership skills to manage and motivate a team.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Technical knowledge of lighting/sound is a plus.
