We are looking for a full-time Administrative Finance Officer to join our finance team and respond to today's financial and digital needs.

Job Description:
As Administrative Financial Officer, you will be responsible for accurately managing our financial records and supporting the digital transformation within our financial processes. You will play a key role in processing income and expenses, ensuring financial integrity and optimising our financial workflows using modern digital tools.

Main responsibilities:
Prepare wages, invoices, and payment orders.
Check and record the company's income and expenditures.
Coding and entry of invoices, bank statements and supporting documents.
Perform reconciliation checks on bank accounts.
Tracking transactions and performing data analysis.
Implementing and managing modern financial software and digital tools.
Optimise financial processes through digitisation and automation.
Analysing financial data to provide strategic insights.
Keeping up with the latest developments in financial technology and digital trends.

Job-related competencies:
Good knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping and VAT legislation.
Experience with modern accounting software.
Skilled with numbers and a preference for order.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Skill in data analysis and reporting tools.
Logical, analytical and critical thinking skills.
Independence and discretion in work execution.
A penchant for optimisation, digitisation and automation.
Up-to-date with the latest trends in financial technology (FinTech).
Familiarity with digital payment systems and e-commerce.
Willingness to provide support during busy periods.
Ability to plan and organise.
Ability to work independently.
Accuracy and attention to detail.

Office Manager - Part Time

We are growing rapidly and are looking for an enthusiastic Office Manager to join our team part-time.

Job description:
As Office Manager at Onkruid, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office. You support the team with administrative and organisational tasks. You are the first point of contact for both colleagues and external partners and contribute to a positive and professional working environment.

Main responsibilities:
Manage daily office activities and ensure an organised and inspiring working environment.
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence .
Responsible for stock management and ordering office supplies.
Act as point of contact for suppliers, partners and service providers.
Maintain administrative documentation and ensure correct filing.
Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding of new employees.
Organising team activities within Onkruid.

We are looking for someone who:
At least 3 years' experience in a similar role as Office Manager.
Possesses excellent organisational and communication skills.
Is proactive, accurate and solution-oriented.
Is fluent in Dutch and proficient in English. French is a bonus.
Has experience with MS Office, Google Workspace and other relevant software.
Has a positive attitude and can work well together in a dynamic team.
